Refund & Returns Policy

30-Night Comfort Guarantee

We stand behind Somna Align™. If after 30 nights you haven't noticed an improvement in your sleep comfort, contact us and we'll arrange a full refund of your product price.

Most sleepers need 7–14 nights to adjust to proper cervical support. We encourage you to give it the full 30 nights before deciding.

How to Request a Return

Email us at hello@somnaco.com within 30 nights of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of your experience. We'll respond within 48 hours with next steps.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a quality issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it immediately, either with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
